I tried in Internet Explorer and in Firefox. I get the blank screen. There’s got to be some security or connection setting in our IE or FF set-ups that is prevented the applet from loading. I’ll keep poking around.

I haven’t seen the result yet, I think it is still in the editing room. :)Back to this thread…if anyone knows where this latest video came from,…[Read more]

It’s not one or two people with nothing better to do.
aarose is a professional spammer.
Frank is the only one that can delete memebrs. He does stay on top of it. But this one really needs to go NOW. -

Hi Lil Red.I’m a Duchess owner too! Welcome aboard. The number stamped into the pan is the VIN for the donor car. YOu will find it on the center tunnel, under your seat, near the access panel for the shifter rod to transaxle joint. Once you find the VIN on your chassis, here is a VW Type 1 VIN Decoder…[Read more]

Antique & Classic was a good manufacturer. If it is all there, this would be a good deal for someone. The “large” headlight buckets are the correct ones. And often forgotten fact, the car was actually an SS100 Jaguar. No one ever says that these days. But “Jaguar” was not adopted as the brand until after the SS100.

And since it is in the same thread…I also swear by Sta-bil.Both cars get it.My snow blower gets it to. Even though I run it until it’s dry at the end of the winter season, there is always residual gas left in the system. So the last tank full of the season gets a shot of Sta-bil.I put it in the gas can too.

I’ve had a Battery Tender on my MG for about 10 years. And one on my 65 Satellite for two years. Never a problem.

Hello again Bud.
Just a quick clarification, we only have Fiberfab and CMC build manuals, unfortunately far from “most” of them.
As a couple of us have noted, there are similarities between kits, so it is worth reading through the manuals that we do have here.PMOSSBERG40133.308125 -

Hi Bud,
Our site founder Frank has a note on the “Download Manuals” page that Daytone MIGI manuals are “coming soon”. But that note has been there for quite a while. That may mean he has paper copies and simply has not had a chanceto scan and post them.

Scott,It’s very hard to believe the factory would have missed parts in one box. It’s not like they were producing hundreds of kits and when they were ready to ship, would go to the warehouse and pull various body parts off a shelf to pack into a shipping crate. More typically, they were making the parts for a full kit at a time. That said, I guess…[Read more]

Dave, Is the fiberglass hand laid? Or chopper gun?It is not a sure thing, but manufactured kit bodies are usually chopper gun. Hand laying fiberglass mat is too labor intensive and time consuming.A one-off, on the other hand, would likely be hand laid since teh craftsman likely would not have chopper gun equipment.
