Yeah, I second that question abou the brittleness.
I built my car in 1982. She got a new roof in 1988. Long story that involved a bullet hole through the zippers.Since then, I’ve rolled and unrolled the roof with no problems. Includgn sub-32 degree days. -

That sounds right Allen.The#8 by 1/2 mentioned in the manual are for attaching the wind wing brackets.The two screws for the frame bottom were 1″, or 1 & 1/4″They really just have to hold the frame together while you assemble it. Allen, I strongly recommend you get a title.Most states still require titles for all vehicles, regardless of age. Even if you never sell your car, your heirs will appreciate having a clean title!
