I got 3 estimates here in little New Bern, NC. And there were a few shops I didn’t go to. Expensive though.

One of the Speedster guys drives his all winter. He wears welding gauntlets, I think over thinner driving type gloves. Works for him.

L brackets with studs that stick up so I can put the floor on them, the studs fit through holes in the plywood floor, and then washers and nuts go on the studs so it all stays put.

How is the angle of the windshield? The bottom of the windshield frame post on mine uses two bolts to secure it to the body. Slot the body for the bottom bolt to adjust the angle. A small adjustment at the bottom will make a large difference to the position of the windshield frame top. You can easily pick up your 1-1/2″.
