That is about what mine looked like when I bought it and pulled it home. The wood from the wood steering wheel was laying on the ground – it had fallen through the hole in the floor pan.
I thought it would be a quick father-son restore and then on to something else.We finished it 7 years later with long lags in between work. Been on the road 10… -

I fixed all the stress cracks in mine before a paint over gelcoat and can give you a list of all the materials I used if you send me a PM. It requires using a dremel tool and a special tip and lots of work.Unless the fiberglass is cracked all the way through it does not require fiberglass work but only gelcoat work with special m… -

My plan is to attend this year. I hope to bring along a forum member ( Dbanta ) Dean that has completed his TDr in a very timely manner but is still working out bugs but should be ready. In addition another friend ( Terry ) in an MGB also wants to come along so hopefully he can make it as well.

Had that happen a couple of years ago at a Bugout event. I went to look at other cars and a heavy wind went through the show while I was gone. Fortunately a speedster buddy ( Syl ) was sitting under my canopy and caught one of the legs as it started to somersault over a bunch of show cars and was able to hang on till he got some help. I bought replacements for mine from a MG vendor at Carlisle for 90.00 each. He is there every year. Over riders were 45.00 each I think. Have lasted well. Few years old now. Check normal MG vendors on line.

In VA I pay 59.00 for life time vintage tags with no motor vehicle inspection required. Sure you don’t have an option like that for cars over 25 years old only driven once in a while?

JohnFixing the right foot well on my Fiberfab is high on my list as well. Plenty of room under mine and not sure why they made it shorter.
