October 25, 2013 at 3:59 pm #258581I’am guessing that it was OK before you removed the stop plate. If you didn’t mark it you might look very close at it to see if you can tell the previous position.also are the tabs on the plate facing up or down they are supposed to be up,some plates only have one and when installed it should be on the right, the ones with 2 tabs the long narrow tab should be on the left. if you don’t get it in the right position you will have shifting problems.( info is from my  VW service manual )

December 9, 2012 at 12:48 pm #253300Â Taken from Rob,and Dave’s
. The engine bay is sealed to prevent air from under the engine reaching the fan, because the air under the engine is very HOT. The fan gets it’s air through the vent holes on the engine lid, and under the rear window. Fresh air comes in from there, and hot air exits from under the car.

December 3, 2012 at 6:30 pm #253000I was thinking $1500,Sope,water,and wax would makie a big difference in appearence. Ed could those wheels be real wire I blew the picture up,and the spokes appear to be in the center of the rim, with the tuners at the bottom next to the rim. it dosen’t appear to have a top or frame in the pic. Does the driver front wheel seem to be turned more than the other one ?                           Tex2012-12-03 18:35:04
