    I have two Chevett bodies and one frame. Does anyone know if they will fit Ford frame? Does anyone know were i can find a ford frame? Thanks

    Hi. This isn’t a direct answer, but when you see a “Chevy” or “Ford,” it means the engine, drive train and suspension are sourced from a donor Chevette, Pinto or Mustang II.

    Each kit manufacturer designed frames for their own cars. Some were customizable for Chevy or Ford hard mounting points. The kit buyer would specify their preference when ordering the kit. Other manufacturers basically said, you want to build our car, you use a “xx” donor vehicle.

    All that said, I’m not sure what your question is.

    You wrote you have “…two Chevette bodies.” Do you mean you have two kit bodies designed for a specific frame? Or do you have two Chevette donor cars?

    What is the one frame you have?
