I fail to see the need for a hard top on a convertible. I know the current retractable hard top on a Mazda Miata is popular, but a roadster is supposed to be a convertible, not a coupe.
As the slogan on a poplular Honda S2000 tee shirt and window decal says, top down in any weather except a huricane (or maybe when it is 115F outside).

A little late but,, Morris Minor, MGA ,Triumph and others used a lucus # L549 plastic light lens that will screw to the ‘LUCKY’ light base that seem to be used on most kits other than VW they were an exact fit on my car
And you can find them made of Glass ! Dan

But with the breakup of my marriage…that plan is, you might say, on ice!Still LOVE Sedona tho.I read they had to renumber AZ Rt.…[Read more]

Flagstaff, Sedona and Winslow can be snowy in the winter. The local kit car club took an April trip this year in their modern vehicles, and ran into a snowstorm up north. Kit cars would have had quite a time in the snow. We’ve got one of the twistiest roads in our state of Arizona, nicknamed the Devil’s Highway, as it was formally named Highway 6…[Read more]
