MR600 is about the same height as the MG style dash mirror. And it fits mine fine.Re the Cobra comment: This is the style of mirror used on Cobras, and I am sure other cars. If you wander around Finish Line’s website you will see they are predominantly a Cobra parts supplier.

A tough decision to make. 88 Vettes are really under appreciated. Tough to sell for a decent price even in vg condition. Probably won’t rise in price much either. Most of our cars came with original style TD dash mirrors.In a word…they stink. Very little adjustment range. And they are not steady.I bought a”Cobra” from FinishLine for my TD. Love those Brooklands screens.

I had flat on both fenders.Replaced them with convex. You can see fine to both sides.

Could be the switch too. Or just the spade connections on the switch. Not likely to be the motor itself.However, if it comes down to it, I’ve got a good VW wiper motor I might be replacing in favor of a fist-size one up on the windshield frame. Probably be after new year before I know if that concept works though.

Let me guess Midas?  I had a bad experance with them, when I put the header on, they wanted $250 to make a 4′ pipe from the header to the muffler.  Big Muffler did it for $35, and replaced all the hangers tucked everything up tight.  Did a fantastic job!! 

I actually tried both and found those fender mirrors, for me, were for appearance only.  I added 2 3″ side mirrors just behind the wind wings.  Had to make my own brackets,  MUCH more useful.
