Mel got the retro radio that you will be seeing next week. My radio removes by sliding out of it’s recessed mount. When the radio is out the compartment is a map holder..sorta. Just one ignition switch that I use. The one in the steering column is currently disconnected until I work out the details between the new wiring harness and the ford ignition switch.

change the speakers first, after time they need replacement.  I bought a radio on ebay for less than $50 (will install it next week) that accepts a usb memory stick and SD card.  I prefer that to leave an ipod in the car (it’s more convenient and easier to carry when out of the car).

  Rich ;  it sounds like the new pipes need different mounting, the harmonic vibration in A new exhaust  system is usually a fairly simple fix,  just time !! Thats great…The wife and I just arrived in Naples for the next 2 weeks. Boy, I wished I had the TD down here…80 degrees. Just tripped over a restored TD and was pouring over it to see all the REAL STUFF. It was for sale for $25 big ones. Ouch. I guess I’ll be happy with my dual exhaust TD.
