Try the Fan Man in Stanton Ca. He custom makes alum radiators 2 and 3 pass cross or vertical with or without cooler. Very reasonable pricing.

A quick Google search shows several radiator shops in Denver that do custom work. There are others such as Wizard Cooling that have instructions posted on their site for building whatever you want. I’m an air-cooled TDr guy, so don’t have much expertise in this area. Btu I’m sure others will chime in!

It has been my rather extensive experience with engines that most problems are due to fuel.  That is Ethanol fuel.  E10 is bad.  E15 is worse.

I began thinking in the fuel direction and after reading the linked site, I’m looking at that being the culprit.

I found a station about 24 miles from me that has non-ethanol fuel.  Guess this is a good reason to build a fuel tank to keep 20 gallons or so on hand.

I’d follow the negative battery terminal to the spot on the chassis where it’s bolted. Remove the bolt, clean the metal where it’s bolted through, and put it back. Clean the battery terminals as well—both of them. Then see if she starts.

Bad trouble but now you have a new engine. On the road again!
