You need to compress the pictures.
On a Windows machine…- Open the images in Microsoft Office (Picture Manager)
- Click Edit
- Right side toolbar, click Compress
- Click radio button next to Documents
- Click OK
If you want to retain your original full resolution image, than do a “save as” and rename the file.When you close the program, it will prompt you with… -

Or…you could install a goat carrier on your running boards!
I believe this could be re-purposed as a luggage carrier.Safely hold your child on your lap and you will be good to go!

That’s an interesting option Montie.
I did some searching. This appears to be a Model A style rack, attached to a Baron (a Classic Roadsters Ltd. Mercedes replica, a four seat car which was based on the Classic Roadsters Marlene). Not sure I’d want to do this on my Duchess. But the advantage is it would not interfere with the bottom hinged Duchess… -

If you want a fold up style that sits closer to the bumper and folds up when not in use. This style doesn’t obscure rear view mirror site range. Check into Ford Model A luggage rack..
