Certainly an interesting idea to mount the existing windshield (replica) to the TD cowl brackets and fold down pieces.

Thanks for the information.  I bought a TD windshield bottom rail and it looks to be close to the same size as the Fiberfab windshield width. I did not replace my in-tunnel line but when I installed the Subaru engine I ran new fuel injection hard lines front to back—fuel and return. Since I was not taking the body off the pan I ran the lines through the interior of the car low on the passenger side of the tunnel.

Adapting the CMC frame and glass to the MG fold-down mounting system is probably doable but will also probably entail quite a bit more labor than you at first would think. If you do it, by all means document your process!

Adapting the CMC folding top to the MG pin-and-clamp header support would undoubtedly be even trickier.

I am preparing to do the same thing.

I may keep my CMC windshield and modify it to fit the MG parts I have consisting of Cowl Brackets Moss PN 408-315 & 325 and Side Supports Moss PN 408-230 & 240.

I still have to purchase miscellaneous bits and pieces to make it work.
