driver side carpet

 all of us that have manual shift seem to ware out the rug at the clutch side of the kick panal and bunch the carpet ,I made a solution that works for me i got hold of a small pice of fiberglass and painted it on the ruff side with bed liner coating it matches the carpet and will never ware out you can not see the diffrence with a casual look and will never make that fuzzy stuff that we have to vacuum . I have screwed it to the side when i removed the hood side panal it took all of a hour start to finish but i did pre paint a few days befor i started   the best is spray liner is available in many colors        Dan
