32nd Kit Car Show “Fun Under The Sun”

For years ?Fun Under the Sun? has been known as the ?Knotts Berry Farm? Handcrafted Auto Show AHA. This year the Kit Car Show is being held in Pomona Ca, http://www.fairplex.com Saturday April 24th, 2010 at the NHRA Museum Parking Lot.

 

The Kit CarShow being held on Saturday and Pomona Auto Swap Meet being held on Sunday seems to be great fit for the car enthusiast. Two added benefits to the new location are admission to the show is free and you have the NHRA Museum to visit. Admission to the museum for non-members is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors 60 and older, $6 for juniors 6 through 15, and free for children under the age of 5.

 

There are many awards given out, so if you want to show the world what you have accomplished in your garage, have yourself and your car show up and strut your stuff.

Was there a show for 2011?  What about 2012?  Too many hits come up with a Google search for “Fun under the Sun”.

The 32nd annual Fun In the Sun was April 16 2011.
The show moved from Knott’s Berry Farm to the Fairplex in Pomona.

I assume it will be at the Fairplex again in 2012. I’ll be watching for announcments

I think I’ll just put this on the calendar and shoot for being there in person with the new wheels.
