Roy Hendrix sent me this almost unbelievable pic yesterday of himself taking a very hard left turn.
Probable calendar shot (though I still favor the Christmasy one). I propose making this one a motivational poster. So:
What’s the caption?

November 28, 2011 at 2:41 pm #247932Nice action shot, but why is the background all black? Was this Photoshopped?
November 28, 2011 at 2:45 pm #247933Photoshopped to remove the floor jack & my small storage shed that was in the background. I have another that is not ready yet that won’t have a black background.
November 28, 2011 at 3:30 pm #247934Two wheels off the ground is impressive. I’d probably feel like I was tipping over at that point.
November 28, 2011 at 4:06 pm #247935Was that floor jack holding the car up in the air?

My wife doesn’t like the way I drive.but should add/That’s why she’s not in the carNovember 28, 2011 at 4:58 pm #247937Paul, About 55 years ago, when I had my first car (a Crosley) I learned well that 4 wheels on the ground is the way to go. Yep, the floor jack held MiGi’s drivers side up about 3 inches. Julie thought it didn’t look safe (of course). Then when I got in the car, she freaked. I started the engine and gave her my bass rod which was hooked to my scarf, – she threatened to leave. But wait… I still had to put the car in gear to get the rear tire spinning and then Joel, spun the front as fast as he could before backing out and hitting the remote shutter release. It was a fun Thanksgiving thing. And I am thankful that no one was injured. See my 2nd motion shot with the photoshop blurred background.
November 28, 2011 at 7:56 pm #247938OK, since no one else is doing the Motivational Poster captions, I’ll start:

November 29, 2011 at 1:05 pm #247942Great Action shot. Must admit you had me for a while. Thought something wasn’t quite right with the scarf blowing straight back. Like the helmet and goggles. Great Pic!
