Updating this thread rather than creating a new one. There are more updates on the way. This time to the underlying operating system. Should not be a big deal.

On August 14, 2024, between 3:00 am and 4:00 am PST, we will be upgrading the operating system on your shared server from Ubuntu Focal 20.04 to Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish 22.04. During the maintenance period, you may experience up to 30 minutes of downtime for any sites hosted on that shared server.

Although it’s unlikely any action will be required on your part, we recommend taking a look at our upgrade guide for Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish , which will walk you through the upcoming change.

We will follow up with another email once the upgrade process is complete.
