I have a crack in my crankcase pulley. I have a 1970 vw engine London Roadster ( 1600 cc I believe). Any information as to which one will fit. Mine is keyed

You can purchase one of the new indexed crank pulleys from most VW retailers or if you want to keep engine stock you will have to search forums like Samba or go to swap meets to purchase a used pulley. If you opt for the indexed pulley you may find the v belt may no longer fit. I had to buy a 13×205 and use all ten shims on the genny pulley to obtain the correct tension. To remove the pulley you may need a two or three finger puller. I removed the splash pan to get the puller aligned on the pulley and it came off without any problem
