Used a relay.  According to ASA Master Mechanic son it will save the switch and some wiring from overcurrent.

No promses, but it sure sounds like fun!

If you insulate the firewall be sure to put a screen over the fan intake opening.  Many engines bit the dust by sucking insulation into the housing.

I don’t know if the new owners have the same info, but when I first bought from MGMagic they gave me some of the history of my car.  I got first and subsequent owners and the year of the kit.  Might be worth a try.

Most go with flat on drivers side and convex on the other side.  You might also check on ebay as they are often available for much less than Moss.

Same here.  I started out at 28, and bias ply tires.  Eventually ended up at 20 psi (front) and radials.  All the difference in the world.  It went from being spooky at 45 mph to stable and smooth at 70 mph.  This is on my VW Fiberfab model.  Even on my Ford engined (front obviously) I only run 24-25.PMOSSBERG40827.9534606481
