Try the Fan Man in Stanton Ca. He custom makes alum radiators 2 and 3 pass cross or vertical with or without cooler. Very reasonable pricing.

BTW yours is the only one I have seen were rear tires are in correct spot . Centered in fender. I have a chevette kit to but mine is the cheeper virsion. Buggy style windshield and flat headlight metal. Yours is way nice. Mine is going SBC for power

Needs alternator. There is both the Chevy and Ford manuals a viable for down load on this site. Not really usefully but good to have. Chevette is pretty bassic. I would have alt.tested or go to single wire unit and just stare at rewire of car. It looks totally worth it. Is the hood steel?

Just figur out how many circuits you need and buy a Painless wiring kit. Go on there site it will ask what stearling coloum ect. I use the universal looms. It’s easy to follow. Remember it’s only one wire at a time.

Yes pan bolts to frame but body fiberglass to pan? Seams like this traps the steering/brake bar. I have not started assembly of my kit only building in my head

I guess the steering support bar that is welded to frame could be made removable.

Maybe the RX7 will work. Never though about a Triumph and agree Jag not a good choice but at least the Jag axles would be easy to make correct length.

Have no problem with tube frames. These are three projects that are not done in my garage rite now. Was just hoping that a stock Ford frame would be a quick build and just maybe I could do when at work in Los Angeles
