March 22, 2017 at 8:43 pm #303254Try the Fan Man in Stanton Ca. He custom makes alum radiators 2 and 3 pass cross or vertical with or without cooler. Very reasonable pricing.
January 22, 2016 at 7:43 pm #267085Great info thanks
January 22, 2016 at 11:53 am #267083Thanks…thinking I also want to do Original type roof may be custom. If project come out well it will be worth it.
January 20, 2016 at 10:04 am #267079I am hoping it is the same I just bought complete windshield for 500 and still needs about 200 from Moss. So worst case I ajust windshield frame if shorter rubber seal ok if longer I buy two.

January 19, 2016 at 10:34 pm #267075Thanks but I ment where the guy reworked the fiberglass on cowl so original mg td posts would fit. The Fiberfab is square and TD is round he shows how to cut fiberglass and reglass to fitlangan2016-01-19 22:41:57
January 18, 2016 at 11:43 pm #266951Sorry did a search for manual on Google and Fiberfab is what I have
January 18, 2016 at 11:40 pm #266950I have a Chevette frame at home in Washington I will not be using it and can give dimention? It does use chevette front and rear also coloum, shifter have manual too
January 18, 2016 at 11:36 pm #266948Wow both car are way better looking than my kit. Love all the real TD parts
January 18, 2016 at 2:07 pm #266940BTW yours is the only one I have seen were rear tires are in correct spot . Centered in fender. I have a chevette kit to but mine is the cheeper virsion. Buggy style windshield and flat headlight metal. Yours is way nice. Mine is going SBC for power
January 18, 2016 at 2:01 pm #266939Needs alternator. There is both the Chevy and Ford manuals a viable for down load on this site. Not really usefully but good to have. Chevette is pretty bassic. I would have alt.tested or go to single wire unit and just stare at rewire of car. It looks totally worth it. Is the hood steel?
January 18, 2016 at 10:29 am #266937Realistic looking TD kit Very nice! Is the hood metal and 4 pcs?
January 9, 2016 at 8:04 pm #266786I like it
January 9, 2016 at 7:59 pm #265605Just figur out how many circuits you need and buy a Painless wiring kit. Go on there site it will ask what stearling coloum ect. I use the universal looms. It’s easy to follow. Remember it’s only one wire at a time.
October 28, 2015 at 11:39 pm #259877Well almost done with the 2 Meyers Manx buggies I am building. Funny how you start one and another shows up. I now have 2 TD kits aswell. That build is next
langan2015-10-29 11:10:13December 10, 2014 at 7:50 pm #262364Nice post thanks. That why my Chevett kit will have a V8. Someday
October 30, 2014 at 12:02 pm #261973The rear wheel placment looks way off? Is this normall for front engine kits?
October 28, 2014 at 10:12 pm #261831What do your front fender bolt to now? I have not started my build. Just dreaming
October 22, 2014 at 11:19 am #261748Yes pan bolts to frame but body fiberglass to pan? Seams like this traps the steering/brake bar. I have not started assembly of my kit only building in my head
October 13, 2014 at 8:54 pm #261747I guess the steering support bar that is welded to frame could be made removable.
October 11, 2014 at 4:35 pm #261737Not rulled out I once had one in a Model A hard to get gears and hard to set ride hight, but never had any problems with it
October 10, 2014 at 8:09 pm #261734Maybe the RX7 will work. Never though about a Triumph and agree Jag not a good choice but at least the Jag axles would be easy to make correct length.
October 6, 2014 at 9:53 pm #261688Have no problem with tube frames. These are three projects that are not done in my garage rite now. Was just hoping that a stock Ford frame would be a quick build and just maybe I could do when at work in Los Angeles
