I have decided that the front suspension will be fine as it is.  On the rear I had to remove all of the body bolts from the pan and lift the body about three inches to allow the removal of the plate that holds the torsion arm.  Once this was done I was able to pull the torsion arms and re-index the splines on the torsion bars to get the proper ride height.
