You could hook each lever to the heater box on its’ side and have dual heat controls for each side of the cabin instead of one lever controlling all the heat.

Why not just leave it there in case you want heat or a defroster later?

How many gallons is that tank?

How are you going to attach Plexiglas windows to the doors and the top? 

I would bet it’s all the same vinyl, only the thickness may vary, and it all will get really brittle in the intense cold.

Yes, and it serves as a temperature insulator too..

I had an old Dodge from the fifties (like a tank) and it had power steering by Armstrong.

I have to check my bills and with the mechanic – I know for sure he did the fronts, but I have to see if he did the rears too. I’d bet it’s rust in there, between the drums and pads. I understand that the rear wheels also spin the axles but when I rotate the wheels there is still the sound of scraping brake shoes against the drums and a good deal of resistance to rotating the wheels compared to the fronts which spin freely and just have a very slight scraping noise from the shoes touching the drums.
