Is there a way I could get a traced outline of just the windshield glass? I have a FiberFab MiGi II kit.   Butcher paper from a meat counter should be large enough. Newspaper taped together would work too.

I maybe didn’t make myself clear.  Even if you have emptied the trash/deleted bin and can’t find it anywhere, you can still recover the deleted massages by following what I wrote. I only know this works with Hotmail and Outlook… not sure about the others.

How did they get the the cars into the spots in the picture with the vertical parking?

I assume you want to remove the piston from the rod and can’t get to the retaining clip for the wrist pin. 

Try soaking top of the piston and the bore with Coca-Cola overnight. Next morning pour the Cola out and spray with penetrating oil. Let sit for a while and try to drive the piston out the bottom. This worked for me on a corroded piston.

“One plate year” does that mean that cars only had one plate displayed on the car in 1953? Or, that the plates were only used one year and then new plates were issued to be displayed on the car?

Hi Ernie.  I am also a proud new owner of a partially completed MG TD replica. I hope your kit is more complete than mine is. But then, what would a project be without some challenges? This seems to be a great site for info on the TD replicas so look around. Be sure to read the older forum posts as there is a lot of information in them.

I just ordered the 6 pack of the Rust Bullet. I’ll try it out and let you know what I think of the product.
