They typically sell for close to $1,000! I dont… -

I am not able to find the auction ( a link or at least the auction would have helped) But if she says plastic or fiberglass, I can assure you with 100% confidence that it is NOT for a Duchess.

Agree on Bourbon Street…like I initially wrote, I can debate some of the choices. But that’s half the fun.Pretty funny Ed, I’ve lived in NJ and PA…have done fifteen of the listed drives…but haven’t done either the PA or NJ drive. 😉

Hi Classic Lady,Normally I would not appreciate someone signing up here just to sell stuff. But you appear to have a treasure trove!I suggest you start a thread in the for sale section and provide some sort inventory of what you have. Also, who passed? Gary? or Don Scott. I knew Gary. Did not know Mr. Scott. Thanks

Re a VIN plate “on the body”….That would be entirely up to the builder. For example, I cut the VIN plate off the dash of my donor VW and riveted it to the front side of the “firewall.”What did other builders do? No idea. It is just as likely you will find no VIN plate at all.
