I don’t think anyone here would have ANY trouble making the modifications needed to get these to work!
(‘cept maybe the goatrack:lol:)I’ve found this to be QUITE the “think outside the box” group!

I wonder if the top goes up, since the seat backs are so high. Looks like they’re the same level as the wind shield.I wonder where it is, since it looks like a European style license plates, but steering wheel is on the left, so you’d drive on the right side of the road. Not exactly my cup of tea.

After some thinking, I wanted to fortify my luggage rack.So I returned to my DIY home improvement store and purchased some 1″x3″x12′ boards.Using my VERY limited woodworking experience (I’m into electronics, remember) I came up with this:
Added some belts from the big and tall store:

Nice drive!I’ve been thinking about getting an inexpensive dash cam and taking some vids.I like the bridges. Our local covered bridge is nowhere near as long! I think squeaks and pops are just the nature of the beast! I’ve noticed with my top and sides up it seems to magnify the noises. Probably cause they can’t escape. Thanks for sharing!

I have Hagerty also. I called others, some weren’t even interested and others would only cover my London Roadster as a VW.The Hagerty agent was very helpful. They ask for a lot of information in order to make sure you get correct coverage. My coverage is about $50 less than I was quoted for the same package from the big car insurance company. You…[Read more]

This is why I LOVE this site!I come to look for ONE thing and find out much more than I ever thought.I figured I was lifting my car from the correct points, since they seemed to be the most solid, but didn’t know that #’s 2&3 are the TORSION BARS! (I knew WHAT torsion bar suspension was and HOW it worked, but never actually SAW it!) My fourth…[Read more]
