I have a set of 8″ dia. baby moons they have a few grooves on the face and a spot to put the MG emblem I have not worked out how to hold them to the wheel yet a little time and I’ll work it out. I remember my DAD tell me 2 things take care of most problems TIME and MONEY

these lights came with the MIGI kit in the early 80’s
what I found out so far is it’s a S8 bayonet base non indexing dual contact dual filament just have come up with a part number yet

I have the same welder works great not to easy to use on thin sheet metal when you start you will understand why they call it stick welding. I bought a 110 volt MIG just for body panel sheet metal
get a 1/8th or thicker scrap and start laying down some beads
cut your first few rods in half you will have a little more control to start

Saturday I bought a set of tires for my TD just checked in 5 months they will be 2 years old

Thanks for the info I’ll take a look for the ohm’s I plan to replace it. I have it out and it’s the coil. I cleaned the tank and coated the outside with truck bed-liner material also coated the frame where the tank mounts
