with key off take test light & check . that will tell you which circuit is hot all the time .  then take the fuses out turn key on check each end of where the fuse connects that will tell you which is supply to the circuit . also pull the supply (hot wire ) to the coil so you do not burn the points out . Ground (GND) to ground. Positive (red, +) to key switched +. Lights are a + wire from the dash lights or the headlight switch. Finally the green or signal wire goes to the negative (-) terminal on you coil. done.

there are only 4 connections usually negative (ground) positive (power)  signal (comes from ignition coil where the dist . wire connects ) & power for light you can probably look up the info from the tach . brand’s website keep us informed on your progress
