I put a flat4 shifter in my car & I love it !! looks right works so much better than stock . I got pictures of it in my media & on the facebook tdreplica group it is in 1st gear in the pics . no leaning to shift any gear . firm but not feeling too notchy someday I will figure out how to move pictures lol .

my bad did a little more looking into the super does not use a rag joint but you still might get the info from the samba

both use the same rag joint so you should able to make it work . look on the samba.com in kit car/dune buggy section to see how others have done it

while my Duchess is waiting for spring I’m replacing stuff people do not think of . all the little grommets nobody sees fuel line where it goes into the tunnel, clutch & accel. cable through back , heater cable tube ends , speedo . into the spindle & the end of the boden tube .
