October 9, 2011 at 4:19 pm #246840Yep, my TD would loose in a fight!

Two couples in their 70’s got out of this Chevy and went into the Diner. Retirement must be nice! I’ll have to check out that Citroen site. Here’s a pic of my TD with a Corvette in a used car lot.

October 8, 2011 at 3:59 pm #246798I like my Fiberfab but those BCW’s are the best. Where’d you find it?
September 11, 2011 at 6:17 pm #246456It’s a VW. Is your’s a VW. You just bolted a tire where the fiberglass cover is after taking the fiberglass off?

Just saw your post.
Do you have a vw based or other?,chevy/ford?
If you want the look of a real tire on the back,I just put a doughnut spare on mine,no rim, just bolted the tire to the cover and bolted the hub-cap to the tire.,and put the real spare under the hood.

About the calendar I’ll have to look for it not sure where it is. Do you mean the first picture. They are taken in beautiful Pennsylvania dairyland near my house.

November 10, 2008 at 6:32 pm #237709I’m registering my Fiberfab in Pa right now. Unfortunately the Florida title does not list the same VIN that is on my beetle frame. If it did it would be a simple matter of getting tags, and insurance and inspecting within 10 days. But I have to reconstruct the title, and pay for an extended inspection.
November 10, 2008 at 6:29 pm #237757Hi Chuck, welcome, I just got a Fiberfab.
Do you live on Whidbey Island, I used to live there in 78-80 when my dad was stationed on the Navy base, he was a Marine though as was I. That’s a beautiful Island I took a vacation there in 2001 from Pennsylvania.November 9, 2008 at 5:05 pm #237766Thanks Larry I’ll give him a call tomorrow.
