Hey Gang
I wanted to revive this old post regarding a West Coast meet up. I had started to put something together but we lost momentum and then life got in the way…
As we’re all sitting at home on corona restriction, this might be a good time to revive the idea of a gathering. Besides, once again, Life has brought into focus the things that…[Read more]

Dear Friends
A couple years ago, I tried to get something going, here in California. There was just a little bit of interest, from some of our members, but then it fizzled out. I’d still Love to start a meet-up, out here, in the Land of Surf and Sun…Sure, it’d be slow to start but who knows what it could turn into…I’m open to any ideas and…[Read more]

Thanks to all but especially to Paul, who’s info got me past the “sticking point,” and just in time! The repair guy is due at my house any minute to remove the damaged radiator shell and repair it. This will save him a lot of time and head scratching.
I think I registered this car awhile ago, but I’ll check now to be sure. It’s possible that…[Read more]

Well, I located the source of the play in my steering system. I had cross drilled the flanges of the new U-joints from Borgeson and bolted them fast to the shafts. Apparently bolts are a no-no. Spring pins seem to have tightened it up. Couple more items and we can take advantage of the unseasonable weather.

I do not have a Dutchess, but my grille shell had three screws per side. There is a third one you access from under the fender. I’ve removed mine so often it now has zippers.

I need to remove the chrome radiator shell on my Duchess TD replica. I see two screws at the top and can see that the headlight mounts need to be removed. Are there any other screws or bolts and where are they located? I’ll appreciate any information you can offer.

Really looking good Bill! Dale has talked me into driving my car to Carlisle. So my winter project was a new set of tires. We are really looking forward to the trip, and hoping for dry weather.
