If you purchase a dune buggy harness, you still have to wire your dash. Just easier to make your own harness. Way less painfull and easier to follow later on. I’m doing my dash wiring now and will press on with he rest in a little bit.

Rollie did what I have done a few times in the past and plan on doing to MiGi when I get the chance.  Like Rollie, I think it’s easier. 

I went the opposite direction. The wiring in Tinkerbelle was awful, and I just tore it all out. I went one circuit at a time , all fused and with relays. What a difference ! Mine is just mounted and grounded by a bolt onto the fan shroud at about the 10 o’clock position looking forward.  I think that this is rather normal. 

Roy,I appreciate your narrative but this is all stuff I already knew…and did.I’m trying to figure out the best way to ground a new coil on an old engine.  Any thoughts on this?

Thanks,I had the valves adjusted and the next time i take it out i will turn up the idle.That will be awhile snow storm tonight over a foot of snow expected
