Thats right it has a 750 motorcycle engine in it any only wieghs 900 pounds.  Ron has had it up to 140 but not with my butt in it.  Only sits 4 inch off the ground, has two seats and is a bitch to get in and out of for and old fart like me.  Plus when he is in it his head is level with the top of my door on the TD.  Its a beauty. 

Right Ed.  I just wrote and asked him to include some interior shots.  I am not interested (too far, already have a MiGi) but it seems that the Allison’s are the cream of the TD crop wrt coachwork.  No??  (Don’t forget that I have not seen any TDr other than mine in many many years.

I think Flat 4 does a Banjo Steering wheel for VWs. Saw a black one on ebay not long ago.

I think it’d be great if everyone going to Carlisle had a TD shirt. It would show great unity with the folks in TDReplica.com.

Quite the donor for an unbuilt TD kit. Not good not knowing if it runs or not though.I’m watching to see what it does, but I won’t be bidding.:-)
