I don’t know about the hinge.This what i did about the plexiglass bought plexiglass from e street plastics on internet.about $10 .00 plus shipping.Traced old on new plexiglass,cut with fine toothed saber saw buffed with palm sander took picture of LR badge to print shop and had it put in corners.If you don’t have old trace a quarter for roun…[Read more] -

Did you install uncut springs before deciding to shorten them by 1 1/4 turns?Yes I did and the front end was too tall.If I had to do it over again maybe I would take off another 1/4 but I’m happy with what I have. The ride is far more pleasant. I’d be interested in your thoughts when you get this step done.

Thanks, Paul. I’ve found a few sites online, and one shop here in Houston, that handle the gaskets for the cargo compartment up front and a few other parts.
The Lafer’s windshield folds, like the original TD’s, and the brackets look like them, but I’m not sure they’re the exact same size and I doubt the windshield itself — or any of the rubber…[Read more] -
