And it’s gone! (the craigslist one from above). FYI, it looked like a Fiberfab and he was asking $8,000, I think. Maybe he got his price.

Hmm. I must’ve got a great deal on my BCW. Then again, don’t see any bids on this one. . . .Here’s another one that’s maybe a tad over-priced.http://baltimore.craigslist.org/pts/1506927929.html

Thanks Larry, in the first version I had an animated 3D Santa busting thru the logo from behind in a TD, then changed it to Santa with the hole as a hatch that opened on one hinge, then dropped the door idea and had Santa holding the saw that cut the hole, then dropped the saw idea and cleared out all the saw dust on the floor, and ended up with…[Read more]

Happy Christmas to all. I, for one, am letting the S.O. know exactly what items in the Moss Motors catalogue NOT to get me, as they are too expensive, etc.
We’ll see how that works.

I agree, this time of year, even with the bad economy, is great.
I work at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) at Scott AFB and a co-work brought in a few of the flat rate mail box to send packages to the troops deployed. With our close ties to the military, we knew there co-works who had family and friends deployed so we sent a DISA…[Read more] -

tomscs, Glad your title finally came thru and reads as 52 MGTD replica. Hawk 521 must feel a little mistreated that the DMV would not do the same for him.I think which inspector you get has a lot to do with the outcome. My inspector could not have been any more understanding and courteous. I’m also glad to hear about the gelcoat results as well…[Read more]

Title finally arrived from NC DMV. Title reads 1952 MGTD replica. So now I am fully street legal. On another note, where my gel coat was badly oxidized I sanded it with 2500 grit wet paper and buffed it out with Mcguiars polish. So far white spots have not returned.
