Can’t see in the picture but I assume you have some safety strap or device to prevent a blow over

We made up a weight box using old connecting rods to mount it to the front axle beams. Fabricated the box from aluminum plate it sits way far forward and below the center of the front axle. added 150 lbs and it solves the whole weight issue. Classic Roadsters used a similar solution I believe. The trick is as low and far forward as possible

There is a place in Ft. Lauderdale, FL called MG Magic. They are reached by phone. They have tons of parts from CMC kits. Another source may be York Sports Cars in Ashland, VA. They have a website. They are kit car assemblers and used to be a good source for many MG kit parts.

Man that dash looks great. Eventually the Pink MG will need it’s dash replaced too. Looks like you’re the guy to hire. I usually make sawdust of wood…no threads if you know what I mean.

My phone booth (remember them?) sized (10’x16′) attached garage is well heated with a ventless natural gas heater. Problem is, if I’m in there, the car has to be outside and if the MG is in there, I have to be outside!!!
I’m working on finally having my own “real” garage and may even install a nice 2 post lift. I’ll be in heaven!!!

Pink MG, I know how you feel, deduct 20-25 degrees and you get lovley NY temps. Gotta have a heated garage or you dont work on cars this time of year.
