Dave, just to make it a little easier for the users, when you post a link highlight the text using your cursor and then click the first button (the one that looks like the world with two chain links in front) to make that link live.

I used rtv when I did mine instead of the gasket. the 2nd gasket goes behind the backing plate. there where no plugs when I took mine apart. I like the Bentley manual the most very thorough.
