Not sure why it would move if it wasn’t all loose. But there is this: in the kit instructions I’ve seen the directions said to heat the turn signal stalk at the bend, and bend it straight. That should give you more than an inch of space between the edge of the wheel and the stalk itself.

Sounds as if the threads closest to the edge of the case are buggered up. Try two nuts tightened against each other and back the stud out. Then clean the hole threads with Naptha using a q-tip and clean the stud. Apply some lock-tight (red kind) and tread it in and let it set over night. had to do that with the stud I was missing.

Hoping I get lucky on stuff going forward–including fuel, wiring, pipes and weather. Because I’m feeling like this is taking much longer than I, planned.

I was at a local pizza place last summer, when I came out 3 young girls were snapping pic of Audry with their cell phones.  When I approached they nervously ask if it was my car and started apologizing, I stopped them and offered to take their pictures in the car.  They each got a turn in the drivers seat with a picture and they were soooo excited.   

I was at a car show when a family of 4 asked if the could get in and have there picture taken . Thought about it and decided. This is what its all about . Hopefully that picture is on a mantle , wall, or a album
