Hi my name is Allan and i live in ft. lauderdale and i am happy to join this forum. I own a 1981 mp lafer in great shape and i am the org. owner. If you would like to see pictures click on forum and go to second page, then click on mp lafer “manuals!!!” then slide down the page to “v.w. engine page”, and click on that and you will see a picture of my engine and click on that engine for other pictures, thanks for having me aboard

March 2, 2012 at 3:18 pm #249020Love the car Allan! That’s a sweet engine. Could win a engine award.
March 2, 2012 at 7:22 pm #249021Sure is purdy. Great wheels too. Those aren’t factory, are they?
March 5, 2012 at 8:58 pm #249022AnonymousInactiveThe wheels are not factory, I got them about 12 years ago in miami. The tires are Michelin continentals, 14″ a little wider then stock, and it has 4 wheel disk brakes with big rotors and brakes to match. Thanks for asking, Allan
