I came across a home design that I really like. For some reason, my wife doesn’t share my enthusiasm:

    ABSOLUTELY WORKS FOR ME!

Check out the home floor plans at Lake Weir Preserve, a community in Florida with homes designed around folks with wheeled hobbies! Three, four and five car garages, extended height garage ceilings for RVs or lifts, workshop space, etc!

Intriguing concept. Too bad it isn’t in Texas.

Does it really need that second bedroom and hallway? Sometimes it’s nice to have a separate room to work on smaller assemblies and stuff.

It’s probably that there is no door directly into the kitchen. Just one change to make. Second bedroom could be utilized for storage.

Looks good to me. That extra bedroom could be a parts room. My wife and I live in a 600 sq ft one bed apartment above my 32 by 60 foot shop.

Perfect, but I don’t think my wife has a sense of humor about her house.
