Well, I rode the TDr to work yesterday afternoon because the weather was great but I neglected to take any pics.  I’ll do it again today.  I’ve been riding the Royal Enfield in the mornings and the TDr in the afternoons to get as much riding/driving time in as possible before Winter gets here.

Ed, those things are handmade so they are expensive but I would love to have one.

Just got back from the VA Beach Air and Auto Classic where I got a chance to see some of the guys again (Roy, Bill and Ed)  and meet some others (Jack, Dale, Terry and his wife Greta).  Had a great time and I am sorry I had to leave early.

Roy, my garage is so small that it wouldn’t accommodate anything resembling a lift, not even this thing.  I can barely fit the car and the motorcycle in and when I do I have no room for anything else.

I have a 1983 Fiberfab VW based, with the hood opening up on the passenger side.   I recently had the tank replaced using this tank from JBugs: http://www.jbugs.com/product/113201075AB.html?Category_Code=1961-1967-vw-bug-fuel-tanks.  The filler neck had to be cut down to two and half inches to fit under the hood.
