Just curious as to how many we are going to have there?  I’m really looking foreward to it.  I have my new dashboard all but done, and am working on several other items.  It’ll still be a work in progress. but I assume that that is the case for most of us—always something else that we want to do!

Make money?  I must have it backward!  My money tends to flow in the other direction.

There is A Daytona MIGI, Vw chassis on Craigslist in Louisville Ky.  It is rough with no title or interior, but does have a grill and all body parts including a luggage rack.  My wife says tow is enough, so have at it.  They are asking $1200, but I have a feeling that they would take less.

Getting more confused.  I have what I think is a Daytona MIGI 2, with a 4 piece folding hood and a fold down windshield. It also has a 3 bow original top. Could this be an Allison?  It has been built with Pinto running gear which I can find no record of Daytona building.  Maybe someone at the Kit Car Nationals can help me scope it out.

You will find this to be the friendliest and most helpful group that you can imagine.  I also am a twofer.  I have a Daytona MiGi 2, Fors powered, and a VW powered Fiberfab MiGi.  My favorite is the one that currently needs the least work.

Harbor Freight has the darkening masks that start at $59.  They are often on sale for $39.

68 in Kentucky today.  Planed the wood for a dash, put a moto-meter on the rad cap, and took a short drive (top down) in the Fiberfab migi!  Life is good!

Just registered for my wife and I (along with our camper).  Hope to finally put a face with some names.  Tell the others that if we can show up from Ky., some of those short distance types should be able to do it!

My wife and I are considering coming from Ky.  Might tow it at least part way with our semi-antique motorhome (1984).  Does anyone know if their are campgrounds or camping facilities there?

I feel really blessed to have found this car.  It has a real MG like hood, fold down windshield, an auto trans, velour car like adjustable seats, a real MG 3 bow top. It also has a wiring job that looks like a tarantula orgy.  (may have to redo that, but everything works…………)
