I wasn’t planning to head up a group order. When we chatted last time, a few months ago, she was going to offer the discount to anyone who identifed themselves as a club member. Her last question to me when I asked if she was still offering the discount was to ask how many shirts she would be looking at. I really don’t have the time to devo…[Read more]

No limit that I know of. I think she wants a number of orders to offer a group discount. At $15 and $20 per shirt, I think that is pretty reasonable as it is. I’m very pleased with her work.
Thanks for posting that link, Paul. She offers many products, but the shirts seem to fall into 3 categories: Denim or knit long sleeve or short sle…[Read more]

Is any one interested in an embroidered logo shirt? Sheri has two different materials for polo shirts and new or faded demin long sleeve, as well as warm weather tee shirts that she can ebroider.
She does the MG TD in your choice of colors and can add one line of ebroidered text. I had “London Roadster” added to my pale yellow MG TD replica em… -

In Phoenix, we’re lucky if we get two years, maybe pushing three, out of auto batteries. It’s the heat that kills their life span.

My cylinders got bored bigger, but not up to 92, so it will be closer to 1776 than 1835 I suppose. The extra cooler is to try compensating for the extreme heat we get in the summer. But without A/C, I most likely won’t be driving it too much anyway. Fall, winter and spring are my times to enjoy top down fun.

I found a shop open weekends that will work on my chevette front end. It’s still hard for me to capitalize chevette. Hmmm, what was the builder thinking? Chevy 283 bored out, Turbo 400 transmission, Nissan 260Z rear end, and chevette front end???????

This makes me nostalgic for my first car, a 1967 Bug. But I was young and sold it, thinking I was moving up to a four door Datsun, after having the motor rebuilt and body repaired after it was hit by a Land Cruiser on a rainy dark night. What a mistake that was to let it go. Had company sedans for 15 years (boring) and then minivans and Ford Ta…[Read more]
