Very nice.  I don’t know anyone that would pay it though, it’s still a replica.. less than half that you can get a real TD totally restored.  I like mine just as well and didn’t have to break the bank to get it.    

Mine is on the opposite side.   

I just found some stainless steel powder coated radiator hose kits at Summit racing.. Their made by MR Gasket.  Has anyone tried these?

Thanks for the help.   Threaded the holes and put in plugs.   Header is on, just got get a piece of pipe reformed at the muffler shop and reconnect the exhaust.

Yes it matches up to the head fine.  Each tube has a 2 bolt flange on it seperatly.   Some of the others I saw had a full flange connecting all the tubes together.  Guess that style would have solved the problem.   Oh well I saved about $100, but created a .

I check with them next week.  Seems like when I worked in a garage, oh say, about 40 years ago, we just did alot of measuring and had some gauges that clamped on the wheels.  But I was ALOT younger then and was just helping do it.

Guess I’ll join the pack too and put my 2 cents in.  My gas gauge dosen’t work either, one of the things I’ve been wanting to fix.  I’ve just been doing like Rob and filling up about every hundred miles.  It takes about 5.5 to 6.5 gal each time.  Sounds as though the gauges aren’t too reliable.   

I’m glad I’m not the only one that was lost.   Thanks Rich for the link, at least I kinda know what the problem is..   My CMC Ford TD has the same sag on the drivers side.  I replaced the shocks, only thing available was the stock style shock for a Pinto.  I looked for air shocks or load levelers and was told nothing is avaliable.  Any one know…[Read more]
