Is the person who is selling it the Executor of the builder’s estate? If so, can you get a bill of sale for the “uncompleted” kit listing it as pieces? You could then become the “builder” of record. Check and see if that will pass the documentation check.

November 25, 2017 at 3:00 pm #304344I would imagine you would have to keep the trailer well balanced to keep the tongue weight low. Otherwise, the weight transfer might lighten the front end enough that it would have a detrimental effect on the front wheel’s contact with the road.
August 4, 2017 at 2:00 pm #303825Ed, do you have any photos of your Subaru exhaust? I would like to know how you routed it and plumbed it from the heads through the muffler and then out the back. I know you have a handy dandy vehicle lift so can you get some photos from the bottom side too? I am finally retiring at the end of the year so will have time to work on all my projects. The MGTD replica being the first in line.
June 7, 2016 at 2:24 pm #268346A successful trip! Nice
May 27, 2016 at 6:09 pm #268280Try the “Reference Library” link in the bottom green (topaz?) box to the left. there is a lot of manufacturer info in that area. You may have to look around to find info that applies to your particular car.

January 16, 2016 at 12:52 pm #266930Â I used a tape that was somewhat clear and really tough with a very sticky adhesive to repair an awning on a camper I had. It worked so well, I never did replace the awning. The tape you are describing sounds like the same thing I used.Â
If the top material is still sound, it should work just fine for a temporary fix. The appearance will not be like new but the top should be serviceable. If the top material is rotted, it likely won’t hold up very well. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the tape. It almost takes two people to hold it together and tape the tear.Good luck and welcome!November 1, 2015 at 6:39 pm #266055Check your belt tension and belt for wear. It sounds like it might be loose.
July 24, 2015 at 7:02 pm #265227Aren’t the front and rear different lengths?

I looked again and it was confirmed by the text at the link.mustang_evets2015-07-14 18:17:57

January 19, 2015 at 6:04 pm #249395Once you find your number by following Paul’s instructions, put that number in your signature area so it comes up every time you post. That will help everyone find your photos. Thanks Paul.mustang_evets2015-01-19 18:15:29
December 14, 2014 at 10:50 pm #262400Good Information.Â

December 2, 2014 at 11:08 am #261181That huge Railroad Gun style of Potato Cannon resting on the blue trash container in your blog wouldn’t be good for stealth use but the accuracy should be pretty good.Â
I like that satisfying “whoooonk” sound they make when fired. ÂDo you need a carry permit for it? 😉November 20, 2014 at 5:00 pm #262244As I understand, the magazine is only on line now. I believe they ceased printing and mailing it right after I subscribed.Â
November 2, 2014 at 11:37 pm #262012That is an interesting front bumper treatment.
October 6, 2014 at 4:00 pm #261670Go to the “Download Manuals” tab to the left. Click “Agree” tab and look for:
VW Based MIGIOpen part 3 of the assembly manual and go to page 115 (or the 15th page of the download) it will show how the Clutch Cable attaches. You do need to remove the pedal cluster assembly to gain access to the cable. The metal cover is probably over the original shifter hole but that hole is not very big.See if you can enlarge the radius of the tube where it is rubbing to minimize the wear point. Maybe use a flaring tool? You might try grease at that point too.mustang_evets2014-10-06 16:03:46
