Sorry to hear, Dan and Al. For the rest of you: Carlisle is back this year, and we’re moving the hotel back to the Mechanicsville Courtyard by Marriott. There is a thread here which will be updated tonight with the new information. There will be more later.

I’ve put up with slow fuel fill for over 30 years. I’ve finally gotten around to addressing that. At the same time I will be installing rollover protection.
That 90* bend made it impossible to fill the tank quickly. Fuel would often splash back and spill on the body.

In the process of re-engineering the fuel fill on mine. Removal is simple. Remove the spare tire. Remove the Hat. Work through the opening to remove the filler neck and license plate wiring. Remove the cover. Hold down bolts for the tank are easily accessible. Just lift it out.

Well, I tackled the cooling issue. I purchased a water pump from a racing firm that is 1-1/2″ shorter than factory. This pump has no production application. I was then able to slide a 3 core radiator in place of the 2 core I had been running.
Before photo…apx. 1/8″ between water pump pulley hub and radiator…
After photo…I picked up…[Read more]
