    Gang;
Road test complete, running great!  Went together with no problems.  Almost ran out of room with the distributor when I was timing her but this winter I’ll move the distributor gear over one notch to give me some wiggle room.
20 miles later but I’ll still have to convince the wife it’s good to go the distance.

I, for one, will be sending a check to the address listed on the left side of the screen.…[Read more]

  • Let me know how to order the new badge

  • I bet it’s been done and documented on the Mustang II sites.  I would be a little concerned upgrading the rears without a proportioning valve installed in the rear brake line.  Your brakes need to be balanced front to rear and the valve will give you that ability.
I too am not happy with my manual brakes but think I’ll replace the rotors and get b…[Read more]

  • I had close incounter of the wrong kind with a large deer at night. Damaged my fiberglass front fenders. My repair shor took the door to paint supplier and they matched the color in gelcoat.
I had to paint both fenders and ave it faded in to match.

I have a full set of origional basket wires ( complete with all baskets and caps) They are for the Ford CMC MGTD.
I changed to 80 spoke wires and don’t need them.
If any body is in need of them , let me know.

  • I own a CMC ford MGTD with a V6 automatic set up. I am runing oversized tires on 80 spoke wire wheels.  The MGTD now has air shocks to lift the rear and clear the tires.
I am getting ready to convert to coil over shocks  and add the mounting plates needed . Does any one have a specific referance for the recomended coil shock unit?

  • Coffey,
    We need pictures!!! Sounds great-

  • I own one of the few factory built MGTD with ford V6 engine. I have spent the past two years restoring it to better then new condition. It has as many origional MG parts as replica comonents. It has fooled many true MG driver/owners.
I run with a Texas car Club and get tired of the “Is it real or is it a Kit Car questions”
I made the mistake of…[Read more]

  • Ringo,
Thanks for the site, they have some great products! I wonder if this link as well as the wiring harness link from Greg can be put in the links section of this site? Would be very handy.

  • JamesI think nothing says high performance like turned metal!  Love it and think it would look great in your car, esp with the black gauges like the Allard.  Go for it!The indicator lights were my old ones that I re-used.  I’m glad they were still good since I really like the large round mount on them.  I looked for replacements to use but cou…[Read more]

  • Ringo,
Where did you get your turn indicators and high beam indicator? I will be replacing mine when I rework my dash. The dash board that I made for her a few years ago got damaged on one end so that needed repairs. I got a nice new radio that has a popout handle so you can pull the entire unit out of it’s in-dash carrier. When the radio is out,…[Read more]

  •  these have been sold, thanks Bruce.

  • Ringo,
I figure while she is down, might as well go all out. Greg has done an awesome job on his wiring and I am inspired to clean up my under dash mess while the dash is out of the car. I have already started with the hard piping. The hoses under the dash were impossible to get to and were shot anyway. I’ll install a new double heater shut off…[Read more]

  • James,Man, you’re going to be busy this week. Wiring, dash, starter, radio, hard lines to the heater,…..when you start to work on a car, you really work on the car! Ringo

  • Yup, the wheel is original.  I refinished the wood when I did the dash, it was much darker due to the years of grime and I bleached the wood a little to get closer to the dash finish.

  • My bet…it came with the car.
Ringo has a Classic Roadsters Duchess. I do too. And that is the wheel CR provided in their kits.
