The closed auction says “The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale.”

Larry,
Did you see the final bid? The last one I saw was $4600. I don’t think he made his reserve.

No repaint, just a TOTAL rewire and lots of chrome polish! My bride tells me a new interior is in my future as well. Apparently Vinyl doesn’t do it for her. White leather, she says, rolled and pleated of course. Sigh….. Greg

Scott, I meant to follow that ebay item. I would have gotten it for 200 bucks just to have parts available and to see that mysterious grill they had in the mix. Ebay has been a great source for parts. Harbor Freight had the ‘ah ooga’ horn on sale recently, it may still be on sale. They also have nice chrome air horns too for less $ than other…[Read more]

That is how the leading edge of my roof attaches. There is a sleeve sewn in, an aluminum strip slides in, and the entire thing wraps around the top of the windshield frame and fits in the frame slot. The same approach to the curtains will prevent you from leaving the wind wings on.I would bet the sleeve is sewn between the inner and outer layer of…[Read more]

Well I guess every state is different, Ten. from what I read now has a title , titling a ” kit “car as what it resembles with historical tags,if it is over 25 years old but with driving restrictions.?? I am going to check it out . mine now keeps it’s calf. type title of custom built.1986 no Ten. state changes or inspection. just tags to drive.

I appreciate all the guidance. Looking at the side curtains I received it would appear they are designed to fit on the windshield frame sides in an identical manner to the top edge. There are three pieces of lexan (1/8″ x 1/2″) with one piece the width of the windshield and the other two the height. The leading edge of the side curtains have po…[Read more]
