I only put about 50 miles on it this year. Been traveling a lot and will be doing the same this summer til I move.

I am probably selling soon as I will be moving next year and will not have a garage

A picture of the other side would have to show the side gas filler cap which is unique to the LR,There should be LR emblem right by the antenna . My LR has a tow bar hook up on the front frame and is wired. VW tow bar with hook up to match the car,

It is advertised as a 1974 – LR’s were built 1980 to 1988.

Took a little ride in my LR yesterday also.  Been so busy, I might have put 50 miles on it this year and didn’t make it to any car shows and only 2 cruise in’s that are one mile from me. Might be selling soon as I will be moving next year and won’t take it with me.

Steven, The picture of the frame is the one that I have.John, Never changed the front coil over’s or the rear shocks. The rear shocks need replacing and I will have to figure out what to use. Steven, My London Roadster has the steel tube chassis and is as solid as the day it was built. No rust and can be easily jacked up using the frame. Coil over shocks in the front and coil springs in the rear. From what I hear is that they didn’t make that many with the steel frames. They only made them from 1980 – 1988. Steven , Do you have a metal tube chassis or the volkswagon frame ? Factory built London Roadster’s had the tube chassis I believe.Welcome to the group.Dick
