Horn button on my BCW was standard issue three-bolt Grant. something like this should work. I think there’s a lot of those Grant Classic bits hanging around peoples’ garages.

I have a friend that owns a Duchess made by Classic Roadsters Ltd. Does anyone know where he can get a manual for this? Is there one in the Download Manuals sidebar that would be comparable?
Thanks -

Manufacturers Data Sheet shows the Allison weight with the VW drive train and a full tank of gas (14 gal) is 1718# with a weight ration of 68% rear and 32% front.
The Nissan power plant brings it up to 2478# with a full tank of gas 14 gal. They don’t specify the front to rear weight ratio on the front engine Nissan power plant. -

For weight and the top half always go with the safe rule:
Guees low on weight and high on the top side and you’ll be safe! -

An 8″ Ford came in all V6 powered Pinto variants (Mustang II, Bobcat) and all the Pinto and Bobcat station wagons had them too.
I like them because the 3rd member is a “pumpkin” style that can be built on a bench or swapped out easily. I actually have two complete 8″ Pumpkins, one a 3.80 and one a 3.55 for my 40 Ford.
These are narrow, but t…[Read more] -

I got to meet Montie and his wife, and their car, Audrie in Ohio and Montie took me for a country ride. What a beautiful area of gentil hills and two-l…[Read more] -

Summit racing has many sizes of the RCI fuel cells that include senders. Check their web site for more choices than what’s in their catalog. Good price, safe, and close to a custom fit. They even have mounting tabs on them.
Mark, I’m really glad for you. I think I’ll probably have to work until I’m dead! -

With or without their drivers?
Vehicle weight is already a suggested entry on the Manufacturer Comparison thread. https://tdreplica.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1554& KW=manufacturer+comparison
