January 29, 2009 at 2:31 pm #237401Yeah, I saw that Paul, Thanks. I do check the Webb site, and they have Knots in the ‘up and coming events’ but no link. So I guess it is up in the air still.
I have only had my car a couple of weeks and am excited to get hooked up with other kit owners…they just seem scarce so far here in San Diego.
It is starting to look like I got a real nice FF …and am going to keep making it better I hope.
I hope There may be some stuff at the ‘big three’ here at the end of Feb..?
January 28, 2009 at 10:12 pm #237399starting to look like this may be one of the closer shows for me to go to….
I am still in the dark on the AHA and Carlyle is just a touch far for me…from San Diego.

Thanks for the quick response, I like the under the bumper look also. Hopefully I will find a way to mount it without trying to reinvent the wheel.
Hope do I view the pmossberg folder?
January 25, 2009 at 5:53 pm #238101I’m, in the Hudson Valley just south of West Point (USMA) and North of NYC.
Mine has a Mustang Chassis and Ford 2.3L engine. Once I start to snowbird I will get to enjoy it on a frequent basis.
January 25, 2009 at 1:49 pm #236536Thanks Paul,

January 25, 2009 at 1:09 pm #237991thanks Rich,
I like the look of the wheels over mine. you can see my pics under 68c10.
I have the VW base FF it has the hub cab wires …I am not sure how much I like them at this point..I like the Idea of keeping the kit stock etc. But….(there is always a but) my past behaviors prove that I am not one to leave things alone LOL
I am thinking of going with the stock wheel/baby moon look…I like your insignias I wonder if they would work on the hubcaps?
The spokes would be nice but I would want the thin ones…and it seems that those are way up there on the $ scale.
To wire wheel or not to wire wheel? That is the question?
January 25, 2009 at 12:53 pm #237775I looks like a twin to mine..I just picked up…
Nice car!

January 24, 2009 at 9:25 pm #237988are those wheels or baskets? Who are they made by?
January 24, 2009 at 8:21 pm #238153Thanks Larry,
My wife and 13 yr old daughter are both real excited about the “little red car” I am real happy with it. It was well cared for and has all the canvas, covers etc in great shape.. I has been garaged it’s entire life.
I would like to find some events etc for them here in So Cal.
Yep, I have a 68 c10 short bed step-side with a sb 400 …project/driver..that gets worked on as the $ becomes available it still needs a little electric work, paint etc…
I am thinking about trading the truck for a dune buggy
