Yes. Most interfere. For our purposes, I still like the “tire step” style best.

Nice price for what it is, looks like. Especially compared to the trunks! Whoa.
Here is the equivalent TD version at $179.edsnova2015-12-28 13:19:27

I’d try a test light on the wires. And, yeah: grounds. What are they bolted to?

BCW originally had no seat back adjustment–just an angle bracket with wood screws. I installed used original TD adjusters for the look, but the seat still sits all the way back all the time–unless I’m trying to make a little room to get into the transaxle.

Could match the “fake spare” wheel with a new set of 15s that look like ’em. These Gas Burner knock-offs are close enough that no one would point and laugh, imho. The Pedrini would be even closer to perfect (if you can find a set). Paint ’em gold–or powder-coat–and done.

GREAT LOOK! The wide whitewalls, the sunken, ribbed trim rings, the new dog dish hubcaps with the legit TD MG logo wheel emblems–that’s just right. Love the green too. A+ job on the wheel detailing!

Joe, please put the pics in your posts. If you press the “post reply” button near the top of this (or any) comment thread, it will open a box you can type in. You know that, i’m sure. Now look at the little symbols along the top of the box. The sixth one from the left, on top, looks like a little tree. Press it.
That brings up a new box with “Image… -

If you cut the seat back it will probably have to be completely reupholstered.
I believe you can get some decent adjustability without cutting anything though. The originals had separate seat back adjusters on each side. I installed them on my car. They allow one to put the passenger side back closer or farther from the dashboard i… - Load More
